Duties

• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Manage and supervise associates and paralegals.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in all courts in New York; New Jersey admission preferred.
• 5-10 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, especially with product liability policies.
• Experience with depositions and state and federal courts.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid work history.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York; New Jersey preferred.
