Duties

• Represent financial institutions in various financing transactions.
• Engage in securities-based financings and private equity fund finance transactions.
• Participate in sponsor-backed acquisition financings and asset-based lending.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Drive transactions to closing with tenacity and precision.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in financial services law.
• Strong academic background and big-law experience.
• Self-starter with excellent drafting skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Education

• JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
