The role involves handling various foreclosure matters, including contested cases and actively participating in the legal process to ensure the smooth facilitation of foreclosure procedures for clients. Duties:

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings
• Manage all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings
• Provide regular updates to clients and attend client meetings
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate
• Active Bar membership in both DC and MD, in good standing
• Willingness to travel routinely within Maryland for court attendance
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high caseload effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clear communication through email, client systems, and phone
• Exceptional client service with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and work completion skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.)

Certifications:

• Bar membership in DC and MD (must be in good standing)
