Duties

• Conduct trials and final hearings in commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Draft and research legal documents extensively.
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes.
• Appear before state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
• Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
• Self-starter with a penchant for sophisticated casework and creative strategies.
• Ranked in the top of law school class or graduated from a top-tier law school.
• Federal clerkship experience and interest in international disputes are a plus.
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
