Duties

• Draft and negotiate private placement memoranda and related fund documentation.
• Form and operate a variety of private investment funds and funds of funds.
• Participate in M&A teams and related activities.

Requirements

• Experience with private offerings and fund formations.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice or prepared to sit for the bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
