The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Louisiana Bar. Must have 2-4 years of construction litigation experience (transactional experience is desired). Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience, are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation and transactional practice. Be a bright, hard-working person with excellent judgment and attention to detail. Engineering, architecture, or construction management experience is a plus.
