Duties

• Participate in financial institution capital transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission.
