A law firm seeks a motivated Partner-level Attorney to join its expanding General Liability Practice in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney with over five years in General Liability and/or Trucking litigation, preferably with a book of business. Duties

• Lead and manage the General Liability Practice team.
• Develop and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with in-house teams for business development and marketing.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Deliver exceptional client service and legal representation.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in General Liability and/or Trucking litigation.
• Proven track record of successful client representation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team-building skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
