A nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Litigation Business Unit in Atlanta, Georgia. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office presence with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in litigation practice, outstanding research and writing skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Location:

Duties:
Manage litigation files from initial pleadings through trial preparation and resolution.
Draft, file, and argue motions in court.
Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
Engage in trial preparation, including evidence compilation and witness preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
Maintain accurate and organized case files while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of litigation practice experience.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload with efficiency and accuracy.
Active Georgia Bar license.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
Skills:
Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
Proficiency with trial preparation, motion practice, and deposition work.
Ability to manage client relationships professionally and responsively.
