Job Overview:
A well-regarded law firm located in Radnor, PA, is seeking an experienced attorney to support its expanding Corporate and Tax practice. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a solid background in business transactions who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment. The position provides an opportunity to engage directly with clients on complex corporate deals and strategic advisory matters, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and compliance considerations.

Duties:

• Advise clients on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and joint ventures

• Draft and negotiate corporate agreements, purchase/sale contracts, and governance documents

• Provide guidance on entity formation, business succession planning, and regulatory compliance

• Conduct legal due diligence and risk analysis for business transactions

• Collaborate with attorneys across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions

• Support clients with ongoing operational legal needs, including commercial contracts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling corporate transactional matters

• Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and corporate governance

• Ability to handle client matters independently with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and teamwork

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Deep understanding of general corporate and contract law

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting
