The position is ideal for a legal professional with four to six years of relevant experience, especially those with a background in courtroom proceedings and appellate oral arguments. Location:

• Washington, DC

Duties:

• Handle appellate oral arguments and draft appellate briefs

• Argue legal motions before trial and appellate courts

• Participate in charge conferences and ensure preservation of the trial record

• Provide trial support through research, briefing, and motion practice

• Collaborate closely with trial teams to develop and support legal strategies

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of appellate and trial support experience

• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including oral advocacy

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Superior legal writing and analytical skills
