Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce and child custody disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings and settlement agreements.

• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice in Family Law.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience handling Family Law cases.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
