Location:

• Phoenix, Arizona

Duties:

• Provide legal support and guidance to injured clients
• Advise clients on legal strategies and potential outcomes
• Meet regularly with clients to understand their legal concerns and provide counsel
• Develop case strategies to secure favorable settlements
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, dispositions, and contracts
• Assist clients with the execution of legal agreements
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and legal developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all legal documents

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law
• Experience with auto accident and premises liability cases
• Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, and legal procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in managing personal injury cases and handling pre-litigation processes
