Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce and custody disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in family law.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Florida Evidence Code and Family Law Rules of Procedure.
• Ability to balance client compassion with litigation tenacity.
• Existing book of business (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
