Duties

• Serve as Attorney of Record for all EOIR matters, including filing EOIR-28.
• Handle the full spectrum of removal defense: appearances, pleadings, motions, hearings, and appeals.
• Communicate with clients and keep the firm updated on case developments.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client-centered representation.

Requirements

• Active law license in good standing.
• Experience or strong interest in removal defense.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to manage EOIR caseload independently while collaborating with the firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong courtroom advocacy and strategic litigation skills.
• Proficiency in managing complex legal cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
