Manager, Privacy Program and Privacy Platform Management

Responsibilities: Maintains the Global Privacy Program Standards and supporting policies and procedures in close collaboration with senior Privacy Program partners. Assists local compliance and business operations in the implementation and understanding of privacy policies, processes and enhancing controls for program compliance. Manages and updates business requirements for the Global Privacy platform, including defining requirements for new/updated privacy regulations and serving as a liaison to the Compliance Technology team and key business stakeholders. Manage and evolve communications (FAQs, Newsletter, Platform enhancements) including maintenance of the Global Privacy website. Assists in the development of training course content designed to enhance cultural awareness and comprehension of data privacy, laws, and topics. Support the evolution and maintenance of privacy metrics and key risk indicators in support of management and key stakeholder reporting in support of program compliance and in coordination with key Compliance partners. Coordinate and execute monitoring and testing performed by the Global Privacy Office in support of program compliance in coordination with key Compliance partners. Engages in industry and related forums to collaborate on opportunities to enhance the privacy program.
