A law firm seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Law Attorney to join their team as an Attorney Coach and Trainer in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves creating and delivering training programs through various methods, including online platforms and in-person sessions, to support attorney development.

Duties

• Create, facilitate, and deliver training programs using online and in-person methods.
• Conduct legal practice training sessions and develop templates and standards for attorneys.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and hold group training sessions.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Professional Development Team to identify training needs.
• Minimal travel may be required for in-person training sessions and conferences.
• Identify areas where training is needed and develop solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create and deliver training programs through various methods.
• Experience in providing one-on-one coaching and holding office hours for attorney support.
• Creative, personable, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate AI literacy and support firmwide adoption of AI-enabled legal technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing needs.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with online training platforms.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the US.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, instructional design software, and AI tools.
