A law firm seeks a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join its business litigation practice. Duties

• Oversee business litigation matters from inception to resolution.

• Conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.

• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to requests, and taking and defending depositions.

• Prepare and argue motions in court.

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on business disputes.

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and trial preparation.

• Assist in business development initiatives and client relations.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience handling business litigation matters.

• Strong litigation skills, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

• Experience with trial proceedings is preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Business development experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Missouri.
