The ideal candidate will manage case files from inception to resolution, assisting clients in obtaining justice and compensation for their injuries. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in personal injury litigation.

Duties

• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents.
• Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.
• Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case.
• Conduct legal research on case law and premises liability.

Requirements

• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice.
• Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas.
• Computer proficiency is essential.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• J.D. degree.
