• Prepare for and attend court hearings.
• Communicate and build strong client relationships.

• Advise clients on litigation and post-judgment collection.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Experience in collections and general civil litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in Georgia.
