Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a legal practice area.
• A modest book of business that aligns with the firm's focus areas.
• Proven track record of business development or client relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and in-good-standing Bar license in the practicing state.
