Duties:

• Assist with all phases of personal injury cases, including client intake and case management

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses

• Represent clients at court hearings and depositions

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and build strong cases

• Monitor legal developments relevant to personal injury litigation

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant legal experience (personal injury experience preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and legal ethics

• Self-starter with a team-focused mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia

• Member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
