This position involves managing a variety of real property matters, including commercial and residential deals, lease negotiations, land use planning, and zoning evaluations. Duties:

• Facilitate real estate closings for both commercial and residential properties

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, lease contracts, and financing documentation

• Advise clients on zoning regulations, permitting, and land use compliance

• Conduct legal research and due diligence for property-related transactions

• Represent clients in negotiations with counterparties and regulatory authorities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience handling real estate legal matters

• Strong foundation in contract negotiation, title review, and transactional law

• Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Skills:

• Expertise in Massachusetts real estate law

• Proficient in legal drafting, transactional structuring, and issue spotting

• Effective at managing timelines and interfacing with multiple stakeholders
