• Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings.
• Keep client files organized and up to date.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgments, and orders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in preparing legal documents related to family law matters.
• Skilled in managing complex cases involving domestic violence and child custody disputes.
• Proven track record of success in litigation and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in stressful situations.
• Ability to represent both plaintiff and defendant sides effectively.
• Member in good standing with the American Bar Association.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
