Intellectual Property Attorney
The candidate's responsibilities will include trademark clearance, prosecution, and general counseling related to the maintenance and enforcement of trademark portfolios for both domestic and foreign clients. Should have strong IP background and 5+ years’ experience in domestic and international trademark practice. Must have good writing and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and foreign trademark counsel. Some portable clients and experience in other IP disciplines desirable. Also, foreign language skills a plus. Experience in TTAB and Federal District litigation is required. Experience in copyright issues a plus.
