Duties

• Lead and manage sophisticated IP litigation cases in federal court and administrative tribunals.
• Collaborate with a team to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on patent and trademark litigation matters.
• Contribute to the growth of the IP practice group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, focusing on patent litigation.
• Experience in trademark litigation is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of IP litigation.
• Strong client relationship development skills.
• Portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong strategic judgment and leadership abilities.
