The role involves leading strategic litigation efforts, managing cases from inception to resolution, and contributing to high-impact legal outcomes.

Duties:

• Lead and manage Class Action lawsuits on behalf of numerous plaintiffs

• Develop a litigation strategy and manage all phases of case progression

• Oversee and contribute to discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs and memoranda

• Represent the Class in hearings, court appearances, and settlement discussions

• Collaborate with internal teams and co-counsel across jurisdictions

• Supervise support staff and contribute to mentoring junior attorneys

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Class Action litigation

• Proven history as lead attorney in complex multi-party or class cases

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership capabilities

• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and legal research skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage large dockets and deadlines

• Demonstrated interest in representing clients in high-stakes civil actions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Bar

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of procedural and substantive Class Action law

• Excellent case management and litigation planning

• Advanced written and verbal communication

• The capacity to synthesize complex legal and factual issues

• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
