This role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in complex, high-stakes litigation and has a proven background in spearheading class action lawsuits. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading case strategy, managing plaintiff-side mass actions, and ensuring high-impact legal representation for large groups affected by economic harm.

Duties:

• Lead and oversee all stages of Class Action litigation from inception to resolution

• Develop comprehensive litigation strategies and manage large-scale legal teams

• Represent plaintiffs in federal and state courts involving economic injury claims

• Conduct complex legal research and draft high-quality motions, briefs, and pleadings

• Collaborate with experts, manage discovery, and participate in settlement negotiations

• Ensure thorough investigation of claims and strategic coordination with co-counsel when applicable

• Maintain diligent communication with clients, class representatives, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Class Action litigation

• Demonstrated success serving as lead in major Class Action or Mass Tort cases

• Strong case management, leadership, and organizational skills

• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage high-volume, high-stakes litigation effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado (CO Bar admission required)
