Duties:

• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Advise clients on business and legal matters, including negotiations and settlements
• Research and analyze legal issues relevant to client cases
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Manage case files and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California
• 0-2 years of experience in litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with various legal documents and procedures
• Ability to establish rapport with clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
