Location:

• Newport Beach, California

Duties:

• Handle complex family law litigation matters from intake through trial or resolution

• Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, and manage court filings

• Collaborate with in-house discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys as needed

• Maintain high standards of legal writing, advocacy, and client service

• Contribute to case evaluations, billing, and firmwide best practices

• Participate in ongoing legal education and firm-sponsored training initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of several years of experience practicing family law

• Strong background in litigation and client management

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-based setting

• Passion for advocacy and high-quality legal service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar license in good standing

• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) preferred but not required

Skills:
