Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex family law cases from inception through resolution

• Draft motions, briefs, declarations, and other legal documents

• Appear in court regularly and handle trials, hearings, and mediations

• Collaborate with assigned support staff, including discovery attorneys and financial experts

• Provide strategic legal advice and maintain clear client communications

• Review and analyze financial documents and discovery materials

• Supervise junior associates or legal assistants as needed

• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain professional integrity in all matters

Requirements:

• Significant experience in family law litigation

• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analysis capabilities

• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload

• Proven track record of success in high-conflict or high-asset matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California

Skills:
