A law firm seeks a mid to senior-level finance attorney with 2-8 years of experience for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing lenders or corporate borrowers on commercial bank loans, alternative lender loans, and/or institutional term loans.

Duties

• Represent lenders or corporate borrowers in financial transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related documents.
• Advise clients on financial regulations and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of relevant finance law experience.
• Experience with commercial bank loans, alternative lender loans, or institutional term loans.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
