Duties

  • Independently manage mass tort cases from intake through resolution.

  • Lead written discovery and conduct depositions.
  • Participate in trial preparation and support.
  • Evaluate liability, causation, and damages issues.
  • Develop litigation strategies with partners and trial counsel.
  • Advise clients on case status and settlement considerations.
  • Mentor junior associates and supervise discovery workflows.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 6-10+ years of litigation experience in mass tort or complex civil litigation.
  • Experience with MDLs, expert discovery, and high-volume case management.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
