Duties

• Manage litigation and conduct legal research and drafting.
• Handle cases involving wage disputes, harassment, and discrimination.
• Provide employment law advice and counsel.
• Draft and negotiate employment and severance agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on employment aspects of transactions.
• Advise on restrictive covenants and employee mobility.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience in defending complex employment litigation.
• Ability to provide day-to-day employment advice to HR professionals.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or New York
