A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in casualty liability matters, for its Philadelphia, PA office. The candidate must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and possess a strong academic background along with excellent written and oral advocacy skills. A judicial clerkship is considered a plus.

Duties

• Represent clients in casualty litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in court hearings and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in casualty liability.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong academic background.

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
