Duties

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes from inception through trial

• Conduct and manage all phases of written and oral discovery, including depositions

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy

• Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal support teams

• Engage in client development efforts, including presentations and pitch meetings

• Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, and court appearances

• Analyze legal and factual issues and develop case strategies based on client goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Prior exposure to high-complexity matters such as trade secrets and class actions

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously

• Proven record of drafting persuasive briefs and handling depositions independently

• Adept at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar in good standing
