A law firm seeks an associate to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation practice in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience in complex litigation involving intellectual property and technology cases, along with strong academic credentials.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Manage case files and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Three to five years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex scientific and engineering concepts.
• Admitted or eligible to practice in Minnesota; other bar admissions are a plus.
• Admission before the United States Patent and Trademark Office is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain it.
