Duties

• Conduct document review
• Perform legal research
• Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law
• Manage client relations and communications
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

Requirements

• Business litigation experience required
• Significant experience with electronic document review platforms
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and document management systems, with iManage preferred

Education

• Excellent academic credentials
