Duties

• Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
• Conduct examinations under oath, take depositions, and manage discovery processes.
• Develop and deliver arguments in complex litigation matters.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing detailed analyses.
• Represent clients in hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
• Lead a team of associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies for favorable and cost-effective case resolutions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed to practice in the State of California.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in case strategy, risk mitigation, and case resolution.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise junior associates and staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
