Requirements:

  • Active licensure to practice law in North Carolina (NC Bar).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • 1-3 years of experience as an attorney in North Carolina, with 4+ years preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in personal injury law.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Comfort with technology, including case management software and remote communication tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise legal advice to clients while remaining client-focused.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
