Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to potential clients via phone consultations.
• Analyze screened intakes and determine eligibility for representation.
• Develop case facts and explain options to potential clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Guide potential clients through the benefits of retaining the firm's services.
• Collaborate with a team of intake professionals and attorneys across the state.
• Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• 1–3 years of legal experience in North Carolina (4+ years preferred).
• Background in personal injury law is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept with technology.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active licensure with the North Carolina Bar.
