Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, including business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Proven experience in corporate governance, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage complex legal transactions independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• High level of attention to detail and organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and relationship building.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Massachusetts State Bar.
