A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in real estate to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing real estate transactions and closings, with additional corporate/M&A experience being a significant advantage.

Duties

• Manage real estate transactions and closings from contract through post-closing.
• Review and analyze contracts, title commitments, exception documents, and surveys.
• Draft, revise, and review closing documents and related instruments.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies for smooth closings.
• Maintain excellent client service through clear communication.
• Assist with corporate/M&A due diligence and transactional support as needed.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Real estate transactional experience required.
• Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working fully in-person in Dallas, TX.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active State Bar of Texas license.
