Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation experience.
• Bar membership in Delaware.
• Experience in Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Portable business is essential.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Delaware.
• Bar membership in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York is a plus.

Skills
