Duties

• Manage and develop a caseload under the guidance of firm partners

• Conduct court appearances, discovery, depositions, and mediations

• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence

• Participate in trial preparation and litigation strategy

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented legal environment

• Maintain accurate and timely billable records

Requirements

• Civil litigation experience (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

• Strong client communication and case management skills

• Trial experience or interest is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active member of the State Bar of California (required)
