Duties

• Handle professional liability, employment defense, and products liability cases.
• Engage in legal malpractice, accounting, and general construction litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Collaborate with a large team on complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Virginia.
• Admittance to the DC or Maryland Bar is preferable.
• 4-7 years of litigation experience in relevant areas.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Motivated to work in a busy national practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Virginia; DC or Maryland preferred.
