Duties:

• Conduct and manage depositions
• Handle motion practice and represent clients in court appearances
• Oversee and manage electronic discovery processes
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case development and strategy
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide litigation support in complex business disputes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial business litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic background and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases and priorities
• Experience in electronic discovery and litigation management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar (or applicable state bar)

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
