A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Real Estate practice in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves a combination of in-office and remote work, depending on case and workload demands. Duties

• Collaborate with partners and associates on complex real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice from local, regional, national, and global perspectives.
• Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively under pressure.
• Maintain discretion and privacy with confidential matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.
• Ability to meet minimum billable hourly requirements.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
• Experience with Intapp Time preferred.

Education

• MBA and/or business experience preferred but not required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
