Duties

• Handle transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Structure partnerships and manage related tax issues.
• Conduct thorough research and provide legal analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents related to tax matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Significant experience with federal income tax.
• State tax experience is a plus.
• Experience with tax-exempt organizations is a plus.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
