Duties

• Represent clients in litigation across state and federal courts.
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis.
• Manage day-to-day case activities.
• Participate in case strategy discussions.
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with local counsel.

Requirements

• 2 to 10+ years of litigation or related experience.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Experience in court appearances and motion arguments.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
